Gina Atsu case study: website on a laptop and the reflection on a phone

FOUNDER WEBSITE & INTERACTIVE REFLECTION

Turning a page of links into one body of work

Gina Atsu, The Goddess Within: Limitless CIC

One client. One growth problem. The lever this build targets: Growth.

The problem

Gina’s work had outgrown the way she showed it online.

She does 1:1 work, community work, speaking, facilitation, masterclasses, workshops and writing. She also has a book. Online, all of it sat behind a Linktree: a list of links with nothing connecting them.

Her free resource, The Survival Identity Reflection, was a PDF. Once someone downloaded it, Gina had no way of knowing whether she opened it, finished it or did anything next. And the PDF had no way to bring her back.

At the centre of it all is her framework, The Self-Reclamation Method™. But nothing online said so. Visitors saw separate things, not one body of work.

What I built

First, a website: thegoddesswithinlimitless.com. It’s built around The Self-Reclamation Method. Every part of Gina’s work connects back to it, and each type of visitor gets a clear way in.

The website has one main next step: book an Intentional Virtual Coffee with Gina.

Second, I turned that PDF into a short reflection Gina can share anywhere. It lives at reflect.thegoddesswithinlimitless.com.

Visitors answer three questions about the identity they built to survive. Their answers create a personal reflection, written back to them in their own words.

If they want to keep it, they can ask for a copy by email. The email holds their reflection, a link to Gina’s Letter (a short video from Gina) and the same three next steps:

  • Book an Intentional Virtual Coffee with Gina.
  • Join her free community.
  • Read Regina Grace Writes on Substack.

So a woman who isn’t ready today still has the way back in her inbox, whenever she is.

The reflection is kept apart from the main site on purpose. It has no menu and no other links, just the questions, the reflection and Gina.

From 1 November, Gina also gets a short monthly email showing how many women started the reflection, how many finished, how many asked to keep it, and which next steps they chose. It shows totals only, with no names.

Automated, not manual.

Every woman who asks gets her reflection by email, and Gina gets a monthly overview automatically. No manual work required.

Why it matters

Gina now has one place online that shows the full range of her work without it looking scattered.

She also has something she can share in posts, on stage, in conversations and at events. A woman can experience Gina’s thinking for herself before anyone asks her to book anything.

The reflection doesn’t end when she closes the page. The email keeps the next step within reach.

And for the first time, Gina can see what happens: how many women start the reflection, how many finish, and which next step they choose.

The shift is from “Here are all the things I do” to “One body of work, with several ways in.”
