Privacy Notice

Zera Workflows Ltd, trading as AI Power Women, is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

For anything about this notice, or about the information we hold about you, email hello@aipowerwomen.com or write to us at the registered office above. This is also the address for any request to access, correct or delete your information.

We only use personal information for the purposes below. Where the basis is consent, you can withdraw it at any time and we will stop that use.

When you create an account we store your email address, your first and last name, the optional goal you give during sign-up, how you found us, your region preference and your membership plan and founding status. We also store the work you create inside the product — saved briefs, your business context, Weekly AI Co-Founder sessions and their summaries, and your operating notes — so that it is there when you come back.

Your saved work is yours. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not publish it. It is processed to run the service you are paying for, including being sent to an AI model provider when you ask for a response.

Membership payments are processed by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer and subscription references and your plan and billing status so we can give you access and manage renewals. We never see or store your card number. Billing management, including cancellation, is handled through Stripe's billing portal.

When you subscribe you agree to a statement such as:

We store the exact wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, the date and time, and the page or edition you subscribed from, so that our record of your consent reflects what you actually saw. We also record delivery events for the emails we send you, such as whether a message was delivered, opened or bounced.

We send The Lever Lens monthly, plus occasional short notes directly related to it, including invitations to our own events or workshops. We do not add you to any other marketing list and we do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers. Every edition has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops it.

We store an anonymous recognition value in a cookie on your device so a returning subscriber is not asked for the same email address twice. That cookie contains no email address and no personal data; only a one-way hashed value is held on our side, and unsubscribing revokes it.

Google Analytics 4 is not loaded until you actively accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. If you reject, or simply do not choose, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. Your choice is stored on your own device and you can change or withdraw it at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer of every page — that panel, together with the banner, is our cookie notice and is kept as a separate document from this notice.

We also use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember the recognition value described above. These are required for the service to work and are not used for advertising.

Invited podcast guests are not account-holding members. A guest receives a private review page reached through a unique link, and we process their name, contact details, links, biography, photograph and the review and approval history of their episode materials in order to administer the episode review and publishing workflow — preparing drafts for their review, recording what they approved, and publishing the agreed materials. We also log failed attempts to use a review link so we can diagnose access problems and detect misuse.

To limit automated abuse of the newsletter sign-up form we keep a short-lived, one-way salted hash derived from your IP address, together with a count of recent attempts. We never store the IP address itself, and these records are automatically deleted once their short window has passed.

Account and membership records are kept for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only where we need them — for example the billing and tax records we are legally required to keep. Your saved work is kept while your account is open and is deleted with the account.

Newsletter subscriber records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake, and a record of the consent that applied. Abuse-prevention data is kept for hours, not months. Guest episode records are kept for as long as we need them to evidence what a guest approved for publication.

Some of our providers — listed below — process information outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in those providers' own data processing agreements, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not make transfers outside those arrangements.

These providers process your information on our instructions only. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to professional advisers where necessary.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent — marketing email and analytics cookies — you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it. We do not make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling their helpline. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and, where the change is significant, tell members and subscribers by email. This notice is governed by the law of England and Wales. Our Membership Terms cover the membership itself.
