AI Power Women publishes the AI Power Women podcast and videocast, the membership and the monthly editorial newsletter The Lever Lens. If you have a question about this notice, or about the information we hold about you, reply to any email we send you and it will reach us.

When you subscribe you tick a box that says:

Please send me The Lever Lens by email each month. I can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

We send The Lever Lens once a month, plus the occasional short note directly related to the newsletter. We do not add you to any other marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers.

For a newsletter subscription we store your email address, your first name if you give one, the exact consent wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, the date and time you agreed, the page and edition you subscribed from, and any campaign attribution present in the link you used.

We also store an anonymous recognition value in a cookie on your device so that a returning subscriber is not asked for the same email address again. That cookie contains no email address and no personal data; only a one-way hashed value is held on our side. To limit automated abuse we keep a short-lived, one-way hashed derivative of your IP address — never the address itself — which is deleted automatically once its window has passed.

Our website and database are hosted on infrastructure provided by Lovable and Supabase. Newsletter delivery and subscriber management are handled by Resend. These providers process your information on our instructions only, and may process it outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area under the safeguards their own agreements provide.

If you create a membership account we store your email address, your name, the goal you give during onboarding and the work you save inside the product. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Subscriber records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake. Rate-limiting data is kept for hours, not months. Account data is kept for as long as your account is open.

Every edition of The Lever Lens has an unsubscribe link. One click stops the newsletter, and the recognition value on your device stops being recognised. You can also reply to any email and ask us to remove you, or ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it.

If we change what we send or how we use your information we will update this page and, where the change is significant, tell subscribers by email.
