Membership Terms

These terms apply to AI Power Women Founding Membership. By creating an account or joining the membership you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Notice.

Zera Workflows Ltd, trading as AI Power Women. Company number 16684806, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

1. Who these terms are with

The membership is provided by Zera Workflows Ltd, trading as AI Power Women, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the person who creates the account and holds the membership.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You need an account to use the membership. You must give accurate details, keep your password confidential and not share your login. The membership is personal to you and for one person's use — it is not a team or organisation licence, and access may not be transferred, resold or shared.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at hello@aipowerwomen.com if you think it has been used without your permission.

3. What the membership includes

Membership gives you access, for as long as it is active, to the AI Power Women library and the tools published in it. That currently includes the Power Assets in the library, the B.R.I.E.F. method materials, the Conversation Prep Toolkit and the Weekly AI Co-Founder Session, together with anything else we add to the library during your membership.

The membership is a subscription to an evolving library rather than to a fixed list of items. We add, improve and occasionally retire individual assets and features. We will not make a change that removes substantially all of the value you are paying for without telling you.

Some features have practical limits so they stay usable and affordable — for example a session has a maximum number of exchanges before it wraps up. These limits are part of the service, not a fault.

4. Price, annual billing and automatic renewal

AI Power Women Founding Membership costs £120 per year, billed annually in advance. Prices are in pounds sterling.

Your membership renews automatically for a further year, at the same rate, on each anniversary of your start date, and continues until it is cancelled. We take payment using the payment method you have on file. We will email you before a renewal is taken, and we will always tell you in advance if the renewal price for your membership is going to change — if you do not accept the new price you can cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails we may retry it and will email you. If it remains unpaid we may suspend or end access until it is settled.

Existing Founding Members on the £9.99 per month plan keep their existing billing terms for as long as that membership remains active. The £120 per year price applies to new memberships only.

5. Payment processing

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are not held by us. Billing management, including updating your card and cancelling, is available through Stripe's billing portal, which you can reach from your account.

6. Your 14-day cooling-off period

If you change your mind within 14 days of first purchasing your membership, you can cancel and request a full refund by contacting hello@aipowerwomen.com. Your membership access will end when the cancellation is processed. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

After that period, members may cancel future renewal at any time through the existing membership-management process. Cancellation does not retrospectively refund the current paid membership period; access continues until that paid period ends, subject always to any statutory rights.

7. Cancelling renewal and what happens to access

You can cancel future renewal at any time from the billing portal or by emailing hello@aipowerwomen.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your membership then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and access ends at that point.

After access ends, work you saved in the product is no longer available to you through the membership. Export or copy anything you want to keep before your access ends. You can ask us to delete your account and its contents at any time.

We may suspend or end your membership if you breach these terms — in particular section 9 or section 11 — or if payment is not made. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

8. Founding Member pricing

The Founding Member rate remains available while membership remains continuously active. If membership is cancelled or lapses and the member later rejoins, the then-current membership price applies.

Founding places are limited in number, and a founding place cannot be transferred to another person.

9. Content, Power Assets and intellectual property

All content we publish in the membership — including Power Assets, prompts, frameworks, templates, written and video material, and the AI Power Women name, wordmark and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

While your membership is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use that content for your own business, including using the outputs it helps you produce in your own work. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, licence, share access to, or use our content to build or train a competing product, a course, a template pack or any other resale offering. You may not remove our attribution or present our materials as your own work product for sale.

Guests' own names, logos and materials remain theirs and are used with their permission.

10. Your own content

You keep ownership of everything you put into the product — your business context, briefs, notes and session input. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service for you: to store your content, process it through the tools and AI providers we use to produce your results, and display it back to you. We do not publish it, sell it or use it for advertising.

You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit anything you have no right to use, and avoid submitting other people's personal information, confidential client material or special-category data unless you need to and are entitled to.

11. AI-generated output and its limits

Parts of the membership use AI models to generate text. AI output is generated automatically, can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and may vary between sessions even for the same input. It is a drafting and thinking aid.

AI output is not legal, financial, tax, medical, employment or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement or for advice from a qualified adviser. You must review anything you take from the product before you rely on it, send it to a client or publish it, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the material you send. We do not warrant that any particular result, outcome or level of business performance will follow from using the membership.

12. Prohibited use

You must not use the membership to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, or produce material that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or deliberately misleading. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another member's account, interfere with or overload it, scrape or bulk extract its content, circumvent access controls or usage limits, or use automated means to consume the service.

13. Third-party tools, services and links

The membership refers to and connects with third-party services, including payment, email, hosting and AI providers, and links to external sites such as YouTube. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms. If a third-party service a feature depends on changes or becomes unavailable, we may have to change or withdraw that feature.

14. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the membership available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change, add to or withdraw features and individual assets, and we may change these terms — if a change is material we will tell members by email before it takes effect, and continuing your membership after that date means you accept it.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The membership is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and any warranty about the accuracy of AI output.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the membership is limited to the amount you paid us for the membership in the twelve months before the claim arose. If you use the membership for business purposes, this limit applies to your business use.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, without reducing your rights. These terms, together with our Privacy Notice, are the whole agreement between us about the membership.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
